We’re delighted to see the Ringaskiddy Relief Road now open to traffic, marking an important milestone for the surrounding area and forming part of the wider M28 Cork to Ringaskiddy Project.

Appointed by Cork County Council as Main Contractor for the Protected Road Section from Barnahely to Ringaskiddy, Sorensen Civil Engineering was proud to deliver approximately 1.5 kilometres of new single carriageway, including new roundabouts at:
• Barnahely
• Loughbeg
• East of Ringaskiddy

A project of this scale is only possible through the commitment and collaboration of our project team, client, stakeholders, supply chain, and everyone who contributed throughout construction.
