Project Announcement: Belfast Harbour Marina

Sorensen is pleased to announce the commencement of works at Belfast Harbour Marina.

The site within Belfastโ€™s Titanic Quarter, currently a pleasure craft marina, will undergo upgrade works to enhance stability and resilience in adverse weather.

๐’๐œ๐จ๐ฉ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง๐œ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ฌ:
โš“ Installation of steel tubular restraint piles to better secure the pontoons and reduce movement during storm events.
โš“ Reconfiguration of the existing pontoon layout, including the installation of new walkway pontoon units and additional finger pontoons.
โš“ Associated activities such as the removal of existing pontoon chains and anchor blocks, and mobilisation of marine and piling plant.

These improvements will enhance the overall safety, functionality, and durability of the marina facilities.
